360.Agency is looking for a Support OPS Technician.
In this role, you will be part of the Operations team and will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting technical issues on our products and services (automotive inventory management, CRM tools, etc.) for dealership clients. This is not an IT helpdesk role — it’s an operational position focused on optimizing our platforms and ensuring a seamless client experience. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support Ticket Analysis (Jira Service Desk software)
- Debugging
- Use of existing documentation (Confluence tool) and adding contributions as needed
- Escalation if necessary
- Third parties management (Rogers, Kijiji, AutoTrader, CarGurus, AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace, LesPac etc.)
- Configuration of customized tools developed by the company for new customers
- Internal coordination for new website launches
- Apache / Nginx configuration
- Customer domain name and SSL certificate management
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of team processes
- Support other team members in their daily tasks and help them develop their skills
- Perform any other duties related to the position that will be assigned to you
- Please note that after the 6-month training period, each employee is added to the 24-hour extended support rotation. The candidate can complete up to 26 rotations (weeks) throughout the year depending on the number of technical operations in the rotation list. Additional compensation will be paid for each rotation made.
