We are looking for an Application Specialist to support our support and inventory tool. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues that have challenged our Level 1 support team, and will be part of a rotating team to provide after-hours support when needed.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the expert advisor/point of contact for everything related to the XMSPRO suite (syndication and data transfer) at 360.Agency
  • Be familiar with all of our different XMSPRO suite platforms (Syndication and Data Transfer). 
  • Review the various escalated tickets related to websites in order to document them and direct them to the appropriate teams. 
  • Be the point of contact for discussions surrounding XMSPRO (Syndication and Data Transfer). 
  • Coordinate problem resolution by analyzing and prioritizing tickets for our development team, while ensuring product quality after patches are deployed. 
  • Work closely with our product support advisors and our customers as needed to understand their issues and questions in order to find solutions. 
  • Support our installation team in setting up new XMSPRO (Syndication and Data Transfer) 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software in order to provide independent support. 
  • Document interactions in the Jira tool.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive industry or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (English / French)
  • Good knowledge of accounting related to automotive sales
  • Understanding of the sales process in a dealership
  • Understanding of the concepts surrounding inventory management
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Analytical, who likes to get to the bottom of things
  • Passionate about process
  • Autonomous, eager to learn!
  • Ability to work under pressure and with leadership. 
  • Excellent organizational skills / discipline
  • Very comfortable with IT tools
  • Team player
