CA360 is looking for a Media Director – Montreal

In this sales-driven role, you will act as a Digital Marketing Expert and trusted advisor to your clients — automotive dealers and dealer groups. You’ll be responsible for presenting, selling, and optimizing CA360’s digital media solutions (paid campaigns, programmatic advertising, social media, etc.).

Working closely with internal teams and digital strategists, you will develop tailored media recommendations and plans focused on performance and client success. You’ll also be accountable for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.

This position involves regular travel across your assigned territory to meet clients, review performance, and plan future initiatives.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve digital advertising revenue targets by acquiring new customers and increasing existing customer budgets.
  • Ensure retention of existing customers.
  • Adapt digital strategies to the specific needs of each customer in order to maximize their vehicle sales.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with the digital strategy team to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns.
  • Meet with customers to evaluate and explain campaign results and adapt budgets and strategies as needed.
  • Work to ensure a content sales percentage aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Use Salesforce: to complete check-ins including relevant notes, to manage sales opportunities and opportunity statuses, and to complete the sales forecast.
  • Propose strategies to increase conversion on websites and thus improve campaign performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics (certification not required)  
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (by car and plane)
  • Understanding of the basics of search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns
  • Meticulous organization and effective time management
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to handle pressure and customer expectations
  • Ability to explain, advise, and guide customers in their decisions.
  • Experience in sales and/or customer relationship management (3 years)
  • Experience in digital advertising required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical mind
  • Experience in the automotive industry is not a prerequisite but an important asset
