In this role, you will support operational accounting activities within a rapidly growing environment. You will contribute to daily financial operations and collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of accounting information across the organization.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accounting and administrative support for compatibility
• Prepare bank deposits and enter them in the accounting system
• Follow up on accounts payable
• Enter key financial transaction data into the database on a daily basis
• Balance accounts receivable
• Enter the entries related to expense accounts / credit cards
• Prepare for bank reconciliation
• Enter intercompany entries
• Reconcile sales taxes and prepare monthly GST / QST reports;
