360.Agency is looking for a Director of Sales – Ontario / Maritimes.

In this business development–focused role, you will be responsible for leading your region in the sale of our digital marketing and advertising software solutions. You will represent 360.Agency to automotive dealerships across your territory, building and leading a high-performing team of Territory Managers (software sales) and Media Directors (digital advertising sales). You will play a central role in developing and executing regional sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring business growth and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the National Vice President of Sales and Business Development, you will collaborate closely with your fellow Sales Directors across the country and with other internal departments to consistently achieve — and exceed — your sales objectives.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent 360.Agency within the region and act as brand ambassador within the automotive industry for the firm.  
  • Work with the National VP of Sales & Business Development and 2 other Regional Directors of Sales to develop 360.Agency’s sales and business development culture
  • Manage a team of Territory Managers (software sales) and Media Directors (digital advertising sales) in support of the attainment of sales and retention objectives for your region
  • Work with colleagues in ensuring that your team is fully staffed, onboarded, trained and tooled to demonstrate and sell our entire suite of products and deal effectively with client objections
  • Support and coach your team in meetings with clients, demos, closings and contract renewals and plan for the attainment and surpassing of monthly sales targets
  • Gather information on competitors’ prices, products and developments
  • Assist in closing sales contracts with new customers and upsell new products and services with existing customer
  • Ensure that territory managers complete and pass their sales certification for the various product families.
  • Ensure and validate that territory managers and media directors use Salesforce to complete their check-ins, including relevant notes, to manage sales opportunities and opportunity statuses, and to complete their sales forecasts.
  • Complete the forecast according to the frequency required by the Vice President of Sales and using the tool provided (Salesforce/Google Sheet).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years minimum experience in B2B sales management with 10 years minimum experience in a quota carrying B2B sales/territory management role
  • Demonstrated experience in business building, ability and stature to developing business practices and establishing the sales function within a large territory.
  • Demonstrated/measured ability to drive performance in a team with consistent attainment and surpassing of sales objectives (quota)
  • Demonstrated ability and ease in preparing and delivering product presentations
  • Automotive industry experience not a prerequisite but an important asset
  • Competence in closing sales and comfort with solicitation calls
  • Staff management
  • Competence in negotiation
