360.Agency is a growing company that develops web and marketing solutions for automotive dealerships across Canada.

We are currently looking for an Application Specialist – Web Analytics for a temporary replacement during a maternity leave. In this role, you will contribute to the support and optimization of our tools related to support and inventory management.

You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving more complex issues escalated by the Level 1 support team, while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service. The position is also part of an on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular working hours, when required.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the expert advisor/point person for everything related to Google Suite and other platforms at 360. Agency
  • Be familiar with all of our different Google Suite and other platforms
  • Review the various escalated tickets related to websites in order to document them and direct them to the right teams.
  • Be the point of contact for discussions surrounding Google and other platforms.
  • Coordinate problem resolution by analyzing and prioritizing tickets for our development team, while ensuring product quality after patches are deployed. 
  • Work closely with our product support advisors and our customers as needed to understand their issues and questions in order to find solutions. 
  • Support our installation team in implementing new Google and other products. 
  • Keep your knowledge of our software up to date so that you can support it independently. 
  • Document interactions in the Jira tool

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive industry or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (English / French)
  • Good knowledge of accounting related to automotive sales
  • Understanding of the sales process in a dealership
  • Understanding of the concepts surrounding inventory management
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Analytical, who likes to get to the bottom of things
  • Passionate about process
  • Autonomous, eager to learn!
  • Ability to work under pressure and with leadership. 
  • Excellent organizational skills / discipline
  • Very comfortable with IT tools
  • Team player
