Niel, a Toronto-based entrepreneur with 30+ years in marketing, media, and the automotive sector, founded Universus Media Group Inc. in 2010. Universus publishes leading magazines for Canadian car dealerships and expanded in 2021 with Clarify Group Inc., focusing on automotive business challenges, particularly in EV-based mobility. Niel’s background includes leadership roles at CLB Media Inc. and KPMG’s Digital Strategies consulting practice.

Carolyn Pelletier is a Client Partner at Spotify Canada with eight years of experience at the company in the US and Canada. As an avid listener of music and podcasts, Carolyn is excited to share the power of advertising within these influential channels.

Daniel Ross

With 16 years of automotive industry experience in the areas of sales operations, distribution, marketing, aftersales and finance, Daniel has a vast knowledge within many facets of the automotive space. He has worked for multiple Manufacturers and has been a key member within the Canadian Black Book team for the last 7 years. Forecasting residual values since 2017 and staying up to date with the ever-changing car market, he holds the title of Senior Manager, Industry Insights & Residual Value Strategy. 

As part of CBB, Daniel works closely with Manufacturers, Lenders, Financial Institutions and Dealers to help understand and educate his business partners by way of data analytics and industry trends.
