360.Agency, is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join its dynamic team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality technical support to employees across Canada, covering a wide range of IT-related topics, including software, hardware, networks, and more.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Director, you will work closely with the IT Technician and the cloud infrastructure team. You will be directly responsible for the performance and availability of IT services offered to company employees.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Manage the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, peripherals, and network equipment: purchasing, configuration, updates, security, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage user access, roles, and workstation security within an ISO 27001 certification framework.
  • Provide high-level technical support to users (250 employees, including remote users) as well as occasional support outside of regular working hours.
  • Administer and maintain network storage servers (NAS), firewalls, virtual private networks (VPNs), internal networking, and office Wi-Fi across the country, as well as daily issue and alert management.
  • Implement and continuously monitor alerts and updates for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system.
  • Oversee SaaS solutions used by employees.
  • Manage and maintain on-premise software such as Jira Data Center and Confluence.
  • Document and enhance IT procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of IT processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • D.E.C. in IT or equivalent training/experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and Linux environments.
  • Strong network administration skills in a corporate setting.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stay positive and respond effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Availability for on-call support on a rotational basis.
  • Bilingualism required (French/English).

  • Experience in Jira administration.
  • Experience with endpoint protection solutions (EDR) such as SentinelOne.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
  • Experience in networking and security with pfSense, Unifi Wi-Fi, HP switches.
