Une \u00e9quipe r\u00e9ellement motiv\u00e9e qui comprend sa raison d\u2019\u00eatre et son importance fonctionnera avec beaucoup plus de d\u00e9vouement et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Pour d\u00e9velopper cette motivation, le gestionnaire doit tout d\u2019abord inspirer chaque membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 donner son maximum pour l\u2019entreprise sur une base individuelle. Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, chaque employ\u00e9 doit comprendre l\u2019importance de se d\u00e9vouer \u00e0 l&rsquo;atteinte des objectifs directement reli\u00e9s \u00e0 ses fonctions qui permettent d\u2019atteindre des objectifs communs \u00e9tablis par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Il est important de se souvenir ici de l\u2019importance de l\u2019individu au sein de chacune des \u00e9quipes en ce qui a trait \u00e0 la performance globale des diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements. Une \u00e9quipe efficace est form\u00e9e avant tout d\u2019individus fid\u00e8les, motiv\u00e9s et d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019objectifs. C\u2019est pourquoi lorsque l\u2019on tente de motiver notre \u00e9quipe, il faut se tourner parfois vers une gestion plus personnalis\u00e9e de chaque membre de cette dite \u00e9quipe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Pour ce faire, il faut en premier lieu r\u00e9it\u00e9rer que les erreurs sont humaines et que tout le monde y a droit une fois. Des erreurs similaires \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition devront \u00eatre adress\u00e9es rapidement, mais il ne faut pas cr\u00e9er une situation ou l\u2019employ\u00e9 \u00e0 peur de travailler rapidement ou de prendre des risques, car les erreurs sont souvent impardonnables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Dans une entreprise en croissance qui se veut dynamique, il faut laisser libre cours \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe de s\u2019\u00e9panouir en prenant l\u2019initiative et en travaillant de fa\u00e7on efficace. C\u2019est possible seulement si l\u2019on comprend en tant que gestionnaire que les erreurs surviendront. Les accepter cr\u00e9e un environnement de travail serein o\u00f9 tous peuvent se concentrer sans pression suppl\u00e9mentaire sur les buts \u00e0 atteindre. De cette fa\u00e7on, les employ\u00e9s prennent un r\u00f4le actif et proactif, et surtout ne se limite pas uniquement \u00e0 leurs responsabilit\u00e9s en repoussant les autres vers d\u2019autres membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe sous pr\u00e9texte que \u00ab\u00a0ce n\u2019est pas mon travail de faire cette t\u00e2che\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Cela est uniquement possible s\u2019il y a une communication transparente et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re entre l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction et les employ\u00e9s. Isoler les employ\u00e9s de ce qui se passe au sein de l\u2019entreprise cr\u00e9era une barri\u00e8re entre les objectifs de l\u2019entreprise et ceux des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe qui ultimement n\u2019encourage pas un comportement proactif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Il faut aussi fixer l\u2019attention des employ\u00e9s sur le court terme et des buts simples et pr\u00e9cis dont l\u2019atteinte pourra \u00eatre reconnue sous peu. Fixer des objectifs \u00e0 tr\u00e8s long terme fait en sorte que notre reconnaissance se fait plus rare, rendant plus difficile la fid\u00e9lisation de chacun tout en augmentant le risque que notre \u00e9quipe perde de la motivation. Inversement, des r\u00e9compenses r\u00e9guli\u00e8res pour des r\u00e9sultats positifs atteints r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement favorisent le sentiment d\u2019appartenance envers la mission de l\u2019entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Lorsque l\u2019on s\u2019entraine pour un marathon, il faut se fixer des objectifs hebdomadaires quant \u00e0 la distance que nous voulons parcourir. Si l\u2019on vise de parcourir 42 kilom\u00e8tres d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re semaine, il devient plus difficile de se motiver. Diviser la grande distance en segments plus courts qui doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9ussis chaque semaine nous motivera \u00e0 long terme. C\u2019est le m\u00eame principe avec notre \u00e9quipe qui travaille sur un projet important qui s&rsquo;\u00e9chelonne. Divisez ce projet en \u00e9tapes, et r\u00e9compensez la r\u00e9ussite de chacune d\u2019entre elles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Une fa\u00e7on simple est d\u2019\u00e9tablir une revue de performance r\u00e9guli\u00e8re qui m\u00e8ne vers des r\u00e9compenses individuelles et collectives imm\u00e9diates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Bien que des objectifs \u00e0 atteindre et r\u00e9compenser \u00e0 court terme soient importants, il est primordial d\u2019offrir \u00e0 nos employ\u00e9s un environnement o\u00f9 ils pourront grandir et s\u2019\u00e9panouir. Il est important d\u2019instaurer une culture o\u00f9 les efforts sont r\u00e9compens\u00e9s par des responsabilit\u00e9s plus grandes et des avancements au sein de la compagnie. Un employ\u00e9 ayant l\u2019impression d\u2019avoir plafonn\u00e9 sera moins motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir un maximum d\u2019effort. L\u2019emploi devient alors <em>une job <\/em>passag\u00e8re, pas la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers une carri\u00e8re enrichissante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Lorsque nous sommes en forte croissance, il y a plusieurs opportunit\u00e9s qui se cr\u00e9ent \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019entreprise. En reconnaissant les talents de vos employ\u00e9s, et en prenant le temps de d\u00e9couvrir leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats, vous leur donnez la possibilit\u00e9 de saisir ces opportunit\u00e9s, augmentant du m\u00eame coup leur sentiment d\u2019appartenance \u00e0 la compagnie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, il faut aussi rappeler qu\u2019il y a des cons\u00e9quences lorsque nous n\u2019atteignons pas les r\u00e9sultats n\u00e9cessaires. Il faut \u00eatre clair sur le terme n\u00e9cessaire ici, car dire que nous souhaitons simplement r\u00e9ussir les \u00e9tapes vers le d\u00e9nouement d\u2019un projet n\u2019est pas suffisant. Que ce soit la r\u00e9action n\u00e9gative d\u2019un client, la perte d\u2019un contrat ou une diminution des t\u00e2ches, il faut communiquer l\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif des buts qui ne sont pas atteints.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Un bon gestionnaire comprend l\u2019importance de chaque employ\u00e9 au sein de son entreprise. Il s\u2019agit de vos ressources les plus pr\u00e9cieuses, celles qui permettent une croissance soutenue et exponentielle.
