La croissance imposera de nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction qui se doit d\u2019\u00eatre un alli\u00e9 fid\u00e8le aux hauts dirigeants de l\u2019entreprise. Si l\u2019on ne ressent pas cette unit\u00e9 entre la haute direction et l\u2019\u00e9quipe de gestion, il faut proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des changements rapidement pour ensuite atteindre une stabilit\u00e9 assur\u00e9e au sein de notre \u00e9quipe de direction. Une fois cette stabilit\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e, il devient plus facile de communiquer et surtout d\u2019implanter la culture de notre entreprise au travers de l\u2019ensemble de nos employ\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Le rythme industriel mis de l\u2019avant en phase de croissance bouge beaucoup plus vite. Les hauts dirigeants et l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction devront suivre et \u00e9videmment imposer le nouveau rythme \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019entreprise. Il faut motiver les troupes, montrer l\u2019exemple et rappeler l\u2019importance de ne pas ralentir malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis plus imposants qui se retrouvent d\u00e9sormais devant nous. Nous conservons alors nos avantages concurrentiels, n\u00e9s il est vrai d\u2019une p\u00e9riode plus artisanale dans l\u2019histoire de notre entreprise et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, malgr\u00e9 le passage \u00e0 une vitesse sup\u00e9rieure de croissance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">La progression de notre entreprise fera naitre de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s qui viendront \u00e0 nous alors que nous sommes occup\u00e9s \u00e0 g\u00e9rer cette phase d\u2019expansion. Avec ces opportunit\u00e9s vient un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de prendre de mauvaises d\u00e9cisions. C\u2019est alors que l\u2019entrepreneur se doit de se tourner vers ses instincts et toujours s\u2019y fier au moment d\u2019\u00e9valuer les pour et les contre des opportunit\u00e9s qui lui sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. Il est impossible de mitiger enti\u00e8rement les risques, mais les hauts dirigeants en sont conscients.
