Il faut s\u2019assurer que tous et chacun travaille vers un objectif commun et vers la r\u00e9alisation du m\u00eame mandat.<\/p>\n<p>Souvent cet objectif commun ou ce mandat \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ne sont pas clairs pour tout le monde impliqu\u00e9. Le brief sert alors \u00e0 clarifier le but \u00e0 atteindre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 au IKEA?<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi en ressortons-nous toujours avec toute sorte de trucs plus ou moins utiles \u00e0 notre situation particuli\u00e8re au moment o\u00f9 nous franchissons les portes du magasin?<\/p>\n<p>Simplement parce que nous n\u2019avons pas commenc\u00e9 notre visite avec une explication pr\u00e9cise de notre objectif \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<br \/>\nNous n\u2019avons pas r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 l\u2019importance de quitter l\u2019IKEA avec un panier pour nos v\u00eatements sales et rien d\u2019autre. C\u2019est pourquoi nous finissons avec trois bols, douze fausses plantes, un luminaire, une table pour le bureau que nous pr\u00e9voyons assembler d\u2019ici quelques jours, et un divan un peu ferme aux couleurs vives qui nous sera livr\u00e9 au courant de la semaine\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a rien de mal \u00e0 se procurer tous les items \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, mais il faut tout de m\u00eame se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence, nous n\u2019avons pas atteint notre objectif.<\/p>\n<p>Pour en revenir \u00e0 l\u2019agence et l\u2019importance de bien comprendre les param\u00e8tres du projet, tout commence avec le brief.<br \/>\nLogiquement,\u00a0le brief client est cr\u00e9\u00e9 avant que l\u2019on se mette les mains dans la p\u00e2te ou que l\u2019on franchisse la porte du IKEA. Il met de l\u2019avant l\u2019objectif principal du projet et couche sur papier une sur ce qui doit \u00eatre fait.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit en d\u2019autres mots d\u2019un plan match qui exprime en termes pr\u00e9cis les objectifs du projet. Un bon brief client regroupera les points suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce que le projet doit accomplir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une description directe de ce qui est recherch\u00e9. Il faut \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis tout en laissant place \u00e0 l\u2019apport d\u2019id\u00e9e de la part de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de cr\u00e9ation. Par exemple, nous devrons livrer une publicit\u00e9 mettant de l\u2019avant un nouveau produit pour une section dans un journal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contexte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est important de bien cerner le contexte du projet. Il faut comprendre pourquoi nous faisons ce projet. C\u2019est alors que l\u2019on s\u2019informe aupr\u00e8s du demandeur si un projet du genre a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 auparavant et quel en serait les points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer, nous devons \u00e9galement r\u00e9unir les informations sp\u00e9cifiques qui pourraient \u00eatre utiles \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe qui le r\u00e9alisera.<\/p>\n<p>Avons-nous d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait une publicit\u00e9 dans les journaux? Est-ce que la publicit\u00e9 a bien fonctionn\u00e9?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019objectif<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>il faut d\u00e9crire avec pr\u00e9cision qu\u2019elle est la r\u00e9ponse d\u00e9sir\u00e9e des consommateurs par rapport \u00e0 ce projet.<\/p>\n<p>Cherchons-nous \u00e0 renforcir ou \u00e0 changer un comportement chez le consommateur? Quelle action le consommateur devra-t-il suite \u00e0 la lecture de cette publicit\u00e9 dans le journal?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La client\u00e8le cible<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qui sont les consommateurs \u00e0 atteindre? Sont-ils des clients existants ou de nouvelles personnes \u00e0 atteindre?
