360.Agency is looking for a bilingual team lead web project coordinator with an excellent sense of organisation and priorities! 

Your mandate: to ensure the cohesion of the team of coordinators and guarantee the delivery of projects in line with our customers’ expectations.  You will be responsible for the planning, deadlines and quality of the solutions delivered for your projects and those of your team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Team Lead :

  • Be the reference for the team: support, answer questions, offer advice and be available for the coordinators. 
  • Communicate on a daily basis: as a team and with each coordinator individually to review projects, priorities, unforeseen events and help manage customer expectations
  • Ensuring that contracts and the pipeline run smoothly: Assigning projects to coordinators, supervising the pipeline for each project in JIRA, monitoring and managing contractual and billable items.
  • Integrate and train new coordinators: Introduce procedures and documentation, introduce the team and key players in the agency. Organise a training period by twinning with an experienced coordinator.

As Coordinator :

  • Plan and execute projects: receive specifications from customers, allocate resources, and monitor project plans
  • Ensure excellent communication internally and with customers, and carry out regular follow-ups
  • Verify project compliance: ensure quality of work and compliance with deadlines
  • Be proactive and monitor the project: assess risks, propose action plans, and report problems and solutions to customers and your manager
  • Documenting projects: keeping a written record of meetings, requirements, decisions and major changes relating to projects and customers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years in project management
  • Natural leadership
  • Experience in IT solutions 
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Good judgement in determining priorities
  • Autonomous, resourceful and highly organised
  • Experience in customer relations (an asset)
  • Responsive and eager to learn
  • Team spirit
