The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from A to Z.
You will be responsible for creating recruitment strategies, conducting direct outreach, convincing candidates to join us, participating in all interviews with managers, and negotiating offers with future employees.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform all stages of the staffing process for different jobs
- Develop talent attraction strategies with the various teams involved
- Contact candidates with a direct approach
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions in Canada and internationally
- Keep monitoring tables (KPIs) up to date
- Play an advisory role with managers in order to select the best talents for the organization
- Participate in various projects involving human resources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in staffing / recruiting
- Mandatory bilingualism
- Certificate in Human Resources or any other related field (an asset)
- Knowledge of linkedin (required)
- Knowledge of the Google Suite
- Knowledge and implementation of an HRIS (asset)
- Have a taste for “head hunting”
- Have a good commercial, willful temperament, don’t take no for an answer
- Be results-oriented, autonomous and dynamic
- Want to work in a team and have excellent communication skills
