The Product Owner – CRM will spearhead the development and implementation of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our CRM Pro platform. 

We seek an ideal candidate equipped with robust stakeholder management abilities, adeptness in agile methodologies, superb communication skills, and a fervent drive for delivering groundbreaking solutions that cater to customer requirements.



  • Lead the product development lifecycle for our CRM Pro platform, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Actively engage with users of the product to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities to shape new platform features and improvements.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market research.
  • Create and maintain product roadmap, backlog, release and communication plans.
  • Communicate product roadmap and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, development teams, and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and issues.


  • Proven track record of success as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Ability to actively engage with users and stakeholders, gather feedback, and build consensus.
  • Team player and leader capable of bringing people together toward a common goal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience in car dealerships, specifically in the sales and or marketing team is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication in french and english and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO) is a plus.
