DESCRIPTION

SM360, member of 360 Agency is looking for an OPS Technician – Solutions Delivery to join its Operations team, in order to assist its customers in the automotive industry across Canada. The candidate sought will be called upon to take charge of the activities surrounding the online launch of existing products.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create new customers in our CMS
Create new customer groups in our CMS and in Jira

Deliver websites:
Preparation activities
Create the environment
Set up vehicle imports
Configure phone numbers
Configure the site to launch
Add the site to launch in the launch file

Launch activities
Make changes to domain names
Launch Sites
Set up integrations
Configure Google Analytics / GTM / Search Console
Insert the scripts in the GTM
Update launch file

Post launch activities
Set up vehicle exports

Deliver CRM products:
Configure phone numbers
Configure SMS numbers
Import contact and/or opportunity lists using a user interface
Set up integrations

  • Analysis of support tickets (Jira Service Desk tool)
  • Debugging
  • Use of existing documentation (Confluence tool) and addition of contributions if necessary
  • Climbing if necessary
  • File management and communication with all third parties (Rogers, Kijiji, AutoHebdo, CarGurus, AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace, LesPac etc.)
  • Configure settings for websites offered to customers.
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of the processes followed by the team
  • Perform any other task related to his position that will be entrusted to him

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Autonomy, desire to learn!
  • Bilingualism required (both oral and written)
  • Very good learning ability
  • Developed analytical mind
