Are you a Data expert? If so, 360.Agency has a great opportunity for you. We are currently looking for a Data Migration Specialist to join our team. Under the supervision of the Lead and in close collaboration with the other members of the CRM Suite Installation team, you will be working on various dealerships’ data from various platforms in the automotive industry.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participating in meetings with clients to validate, address clients concerns and document all feedback in regards to their data conversion.
  • Collecting, storing, organizing, and maintaining data in database and drive.
  • Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness before it is used.
  • Escalate data issues or system issues to the Director.
  • Assist in the extraction of data in various database applications when needed.
  • Assist the Director with Special Projects.
  • Analyze and manipulate data before uploading it to CRM360.
  • Assist in documentation, brainstorming and improvement of the overall process of the team when needed.
  • Assist the Director with Support department tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 year experience in the automotive industry. (asset)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and upload significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Flexibility and autonomy.
  • You are an excellent communicator (oral and written)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
