DESCRIPTION

The Corporate Controller at 360.Agency, must manage accounting, accounts payable and purchasing. It must also coordinate the full accounting cycle and the annual external audit. Finally, he must lead special projects as needed. Its main role is to ensure compliance with internal controls and governance of the financial statements of the group and its subsidiaries.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, direct and coordinate all operational functions relating to accounting
  • Ensure financial statements and management reports are accurate and complete.
  • Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place.
  • Develop and implement processes related to the development and optimization of information systems.
  • Support the coordination of the annual budget and the forecast
  • Manage the annual external audit and the end of the year
  • Lead special projects as needed.
  • Evaluate current accounting activities, provide recommendations for improvement and implement new processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA designation
  • Experience in a company with subsidiaries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of SAGE (an asset)
  • 7 to 10 years experience
  • Thoroughness
  • Strong analytical mind coupled with a practical sense
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • Master the sense of urgency

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
