We are looking for a bilingual application specialist in a hybrid mode to support our quote management tool, Desking360. You will solve complex issues escalated by our level 1 support team, speak with our clients to answer their questions, and occasionally be involved in the support team outside of normal working hours.

Your accounting knowledge, dealership experience, and excellent customer service skills will be your greatest assets for this position!

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with customers to understand their software and vehicle sales processes
  • Support and resolve complex software issues
  • Coordinate problem resolution by analyzing and prioritizing tickets for our development team, ensuring product quality is maintained after deploying patches. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software to provide autonomous support.
  • Support customers and the installation team in the implementation of products.
  • Document interactions in the Jira tool

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive field or equivalent experience
  • Mandatory bilingualism in English and French
  • Good knowledge of automotive sales accounting
  • Understanding of dealership sales processes
  • Understanding of inventory management concepts
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for processes
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and with leadership
  • Excellent organizational and discipline skills
  • Very comfortable with computer tools
  • Team spirit
