We are looking for an Application Specialist to support our various web platforms, including the SEO aspect. You will be closely tied to the support structure, in order to properly guide different requests, take charge when necessary, and prioritize/coordinate the processing of escalated requests to our R&D department.

Your understanding of website design and SEO issues, your knack for problem-solving, and your communication skills will be your best assets for this position!

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the expert advisor/reference person for everything related to websites/platforms at 360.Agency.
  • Be familiar with all of our different web platforms, including the associated restrictions (OEM, platforms, etc.).
  • Review the various escalated tickets related to websites to document and direct them to the appropriate teams.
  • Be the reference person for discussions surrounding SEO.
  • Coordinate problem resolution by analyzing and prioritizing tickets for our development team, ensuring product quality after deploying fixes.
  • Work closely with our product support advisors and clients as needed to understand their issues and questions in order to find solutions.
  • Support our installation team in implementing new web solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software so as to be able to support it autonomously
  • Document interactions in the Jira tool

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the website industry or equivalent experience
  • General knowledge of SEO
  • Bilingualism required (English / French)
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical, with a desire to delve deep into issues.
  • Autonomous, eager to learn!
  • Ability to work under pressure and with leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and discipline skills.
  • Very comfortable with computer tools.
  • Team spirit.
