The accounting clerk is required to perform operational accounting in a rapidly growing environment.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the compatibility department
- Prepare bank deposits and record them in the accounting system;
- Follow up on accounts payable and receivable;
- Enter key financial transaction data into the database on a daily basis
- Balance accounts receivable
- Enter entries related to expense accounts / credit cards;
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- DEP in accounting or relevant experience;
- One to three years of experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of accounting software: Sage 50, Excel, Google Suite;
- Be comfortable with computer tools (Google Suite, Excel, etc.);
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, attention to detail, analytical mind;
- Ability to communicate effectively in French and English;
