We met with Louis-Yves Cloutier, CEO of 360.Agency, when he returned from the NADA 2023 (National Automobile Dealers Association) Show in Dallas. New product, networking, strengthening our position as a leader in innovations in the automotive industry… It was a busy trip for our team!

A look back at a successful 2023 edition:
How do you feel about 360.Agency’s participation in the 2023 NADA Show?

It was a very positive experience! We had a good location and were quite visible, plus we have a new stand that is more eye-catching, so people wanted to stop by. It was the perfect opportunity to launch our new product.

What new product did you launch?

We are always at the forefront of technology and took advantage of the 2023 NADA Show to unveil a preview of our revolutionary new tool: DRX 360. It is THE most comprehensive digital toolbox for current and future dealers; an all-in-one platform that is an innovative response to the digital challenges of the industry.

This year the event was held in Dallas, Texas. How did this impact 360.Agency?

There were fewer Canadian dealers than in previous years; however, the launch of DRX 360 live on Facebook reached a fairly large audience, and many Canadian dealers contacted us afterwards. They all wanted to know more about the new product that will once again revolutionize their day-to-day work!

People from the industry were there, so I was able to meet with Canadian industry partners, network effectively, and make some headway on our agreements with members of the automotive ecosystem, such as suppliers and manufacturers. 

How did the U.S. market react to 360.Agency’s innovative products?

We had the opportunity to do more demonstrations to U.S. dealers. They love our products—especially Pixel Guru, which we sold directly at the show. They appreciate our innovative vision of online retail. No other supplier is able to offer them such cutting-edge solutions that meet dealers’ current needs.

The comprehensive ecosystem and single, connected platform we provide does not exist in the U.S. This shows us once again that we are on the right track and that the U.S. market is also welcoming us with open arms.

Are you satisfied with 360.Agency’s exposure at the event?

After this 6th participation in the NADA Show, 360.Agency is increasingly being recognized as a major player in the North American automotive industry. Many dealers who stopped by our stand were in awe! Of all the 510 exhibitors there, none of them is currently able to offer a solution as integrated as our new DRX 360 platform to streamline omnichannel sales.

Whom did you take to Dallas with you?

This year, we had a larger team on site. In addition to the management team that I am part of, we were joined by territory managers, salespeople, the vice-president of sales, the director of manufacturing relations & strategic partnerships, and the vice-president of products, who is the architect behind our new DRX 360 platform.

We wanted our sales teams to appreciate the quality of our products and our international reputation in order to motivate them in their day-to-day work.
